How can I reset my network?
To reset your data network follow the below steps:
Navigate to Settings > System > Reset options > Reset Wi-Fi, Mobile & Bluetooth > Reset Settings
All network settings, including WiFi, Bluetooth, and mobile network connections will be reset
How do I setup an APN?
In the rare event that you need to modify or create APN settings please follow the below steps:
Input a sim card and then navigate to Settings > Mobile Network > Advanced > Access Point Names> Enter correct APN settings
New APNs can be created through the Access Point Names option > + (on upper right) > Fill out the APN information for your carrier > Select the three dots (upper right corner) > Save
To modify an existing APN, select the profile to be modified by navigating to APNβs > Edit desired information > Select the three dots upper right corner > Save
How do I format my SD card?
To format your SD card follow these steps:
Go to Settings > System > Storage > Select SD Card > three dots (top right) > Storage Settings > Format as portable or Format as internal
Apps can only be installed to SD cards formatted as internal. Changing the format of the SD card in the future will erase all existing content
How do I factory reset my phone?
To perform a factory reset to correct a software issue or to erase all data from your device follow the below steps:
Navigate to Settings > System > Reset options > Erase all data (factory reset) > Reset Phone
Selecting reset phone will erase ALL data on this device and restore it back to factory settings. Please ensure you have backed up any necessary data before proceeding.
How do I set a PIN/unlock pattern on my phone?
To create a screen lock, follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings > Security & Location > Screen Lock > Choose desired screen lock
You can choose from the following phone lock options: swipe, pattern, pin or password. Once a phone lock option has been chosen and created, you will need to use the screen lock any time you wish to access the device or make certain software changes.
To add a fingerprint, follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings > Security & Location > Fingerprint > Add Fingerprint
How do I charge my phone?
You should only use the charger that comes with your device. The use of any other charger may negatively impact the performance, longevity, or charging capacity of your product. To begin charging, plug the included charging cable into the included charging adapter and insert the USB end into your device with the charging adapter plugged into an electrical outlet.
How do I create storage space on my device?
In order to create storage space on your device, please follow these steps:
Navigate to Settings > Apps & Notifications > Choose desired app > Storage > Clear Storage
Additionally you can also delete applications, delete photos or other media, or add an SD card to create additional space.
