Return Policy
Returns are available for orders within 30 days. A full refund will be provided for products received free from any damage, in the original packaging, and with all original accessories and the device included in the box. Return shipping costs will only be covered in cases of device malfunction or damage during shipping.
Policy Terms
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after confirmed delivery of your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with all accessories, and original, in tact, packaging. You will also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Once your return is accepted, please send your return item in sufficient and sealed packaging with your RMA number in the box to the address noted above. Items sent back to us without first submitting a return request will not be accepted. Prepaid return shipping labels will only be provided in the event of manufacturer or shipper damage or product malfunction.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Products received that show signs of abuse, screen cracks, damage (water or physical), are missing accessories, are missing original product packaging, or are otherwise in a state considered unsuitable for return will be denied a refund and the product will be sent back to customer in the same condition that it was received.
Data Policy
It is the customer's responsibility to ensure that all returned devices have been wiped or erased and that all data, sensitive or otherwise, has been removed before any device is returned. Unnecto and its partner companies are not responsible for lost, stolen, or un-erased data.
Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 3-5 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
